What are requests?

Requests on Fable connect you with assistive technology users who can help you accomplish your accessibility goals.

This article explains the different ways you can engage with assistive technology users through requests on the Fable platform.

No matter where you are in your product lifecycle, Fable has a request type that can connect you with an assistive technology user.

Fable offers two types of requests:

  • Moderated requests
  • Unmoderated requests

Moderated requests let you meet with a tester on Zoom. Unmoderated requests let you check the accessibility of a digital product without facilitating a live session.

Moderated requests

Moderated requests let you meet with a tester for one hour on Zoom to ask questions and gain insights.

After the session, you receive the full video recording, including captions and a transcript.

Get feedback early.

Share links to your interactive prototypes with a user and guide them in a moderated session.

Supported prototype tools include:

  • InVision
  • Azure
  • Figma

Talk to a tester while they share their screen, face, and voice with you.
